Young and Wyse Winery
After 10 years of working at Burrowing Owl, the family winery, long-time winemaker Stephen Wyse and his partner Michelle Young decided to embark upon their dream of owning and running their own family winery. After an extensive search, Stephen and his family found the perfect location to start making their dream a reality in Southern British Columbia.
With a strong commitment to tradition and dedication, along with an in depth understanding of new world winemaking techniques, Y&W are committed to nurturing every aspect of the time-honored tradition of grape growing and winemaking. The Young & Wyse Collection simply is: The Heart, The Soul, and The Soil. Young & Wyse are pleased to present their 2009 limited collections of handcrafted Merlot, Syrah and 33~30~24~13 Black Label, a Proprietary blend. Future varietals in include Viognier, Gewurztraminer, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. |

La Stella
LaStella was created to capture their vision of la dolce vita: fine food, wonderful wine, great music, and the good things in life. At LaStella, they celebrate the sun that ripens our grapes and brings warmth to our life, and they share that with everyone who visits them. Their vineyards produce great fruit and are crafted into such proprietary wines as Allegreto, Vivace and Maestoso. Each wine has its own story--and at LaStella to convey this unique story, we name our wines after Italian musical notes. |

Road 13 Sparkling Cave Tour and Tasting
This is a fun and informative exploration of the world of bubbles. Individuals will experience the "Sparkling Cave" taste their award winning library wines and learn the art of crafting wine in the "Okanagan/ Champagne Style". At the end of the tour, guests will enjoy a glass of wine and an artisan cheese board in their Private Tasting Lounge |

Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek
We will be stopping for a 2 course at The Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek; the name roughly translates to "Golden View" in Portuguese. This originates from Miradoro restaurant partner Manuel Ferreira's (of famed Vancouver's Le Gavroche) Portuguese background. Miradoro will be serving us a 2 course lunch. Wine is not included on this tour but your waiter will be able to recommend a perfect pairing. This restaurant offers superb views of the scenic South Okanagan Valley. |
